Thoroughly enjoyed our well-appointed and large rooms. the staff was amiable. - the room with full kitchens. - Everywhere was fairly clean. - the location was awesome and convenient, short walk to downtown Florence and restaurants. - Main attractions such as Regency Square Mall were 1 mile from the hotel.

The room was great with nice decor and had a full kitchen 🍳. This place is in a convenient location, close to everything you need. Plus, there's a peaceful park just a mile away for a nice escape.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a very pleasant area, just off downtown, and Florence for a funeral. The room was well-appointed and tastefully decorated with full kitchens, the sleeper sofa, the bedroom, everything was perfect.

The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of cheese, Canadian bacon, and waffle maker. the location is exceptionally nice, being very close to a plantation house.

Honestly no complains at all. Clean and the staff was very amiable and extremely helpful. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Comfy location, easy walk to everywhere. Easy walk to a plantation house. 0.5 miles from the airport.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from some great local spots back in town. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate sitting area that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bathroom was well-equipped, with a vanity area that had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

We did notice some issues with the cleanliness of the common areas. The carpet outside our room and the staircase had food crumbs and other things that sat there for the duration of our stay.

The best aspects of my stay were definitely the comfortable beds and the easy check-in and check-out process. The beds were so cozy and provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, allowing us to start and end our stay on a positive note.

The worst aspects of my stay were the run-down condition of the bathroom and the overall state of the hotel. The bathroom had cracked and moldy tile floors, stained and peeling wallpaper, and water stains on the ceiling.

Will be back when in Florence, we didn't want to say goodbye. The breakfast variety is very very good with Canadian bacon and waffle maker, for instance, excellent service.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the Northwest Alabama area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms with full kitchens were a convenient feature. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold items, and the breakfast attendant even made fresh mango smoothies! The hotel is located not far from downtown and is in a great area for tourism.

No improvements needed, everything was ok.
